Peter, Vincenzo, and I have been meeting regularly for lunch, followed by some time spent at Vincenzo's shop. For months we've been collaborating on our most ambitious DOHC project yet, and it's coming along nicely. I won't share any details or pics yet, but I can guarantee that it's going to be one sick bike. When we're ready, we'll share some pictures as we approach completion. I'm excited to be part of this and will be able to spend more time on the build, now that I'm officially retired.

Vincenzo and I had another productive morning in the shop, working on "Project X." Peter continues to work on the harness and various electronic goodies while Vincenzo focuses on final frame welding. The bulk of my work won't start until mockup is finished in a couple of weeks. Then I can powder coat the frame and final assembly can begin.

Congratulations on retirement Tom, I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys have cooked up.

My hearing is still recovering after riding behind Vincenzo after his header mishap…..lol

That pipe is one of the ear splitters out of the box, when one of the tubes cracks and breaks, wow!

Hello to all you guys! Missed seeing Peter in the Adirondacks this year at Charlie John’s….there is always next year!

Another productive day spent at Vincenzo's shop working on Project X. Peter is finalizing the new harness, which is set up with an M unit. Here he is making some measurements:

A little mockup work to see how the gauges will mount up.

And finally another great meal at our favorite Italian restaurant, Spiga, with our favorite (and very hot) waitress Martha.

We left with full stomachs and plans for the next build, which will be our best yet. Can't wait to start that one!
