Hello everyone! I thought some of you may find interest in some good ol' toolbox organization.
I recently had the realization that my woodworking cnc machine could easily cut toolbox foam. I then searched for some good quality foam that didnt cost an arm and a leg. I came across the website https://foamfittools.com/ which offers not only the blank foam, but foam already cut for specific toolsets that many of you may already own (craftsman, husky, snap on etc).
I decided to buy several of the blank sheets so that I could customize my layout a little further, but the precut layouts are far more reasonable than many of the laser cut foam services on the web.
After a couple hours of measuring and layout, below is what I came up with. I've got 4 drawers complete and another 6-8 to go. |

Nice work. Will it cut ones for broken, damaged, old, and rusted tools like mine? |
