Liam, I have one to use as an example, where are you in Ct? Won't be back till next week, but happy to provide a template. I'd even buy a few from you once they are completed... |

OK, I work in Shelton. I'll contact you next week. The inside of the cap is fairly intricate, and visual inspection will probably be helpful. |

I’ve had them 3-d printed, they’re okay but the original are much better. If you print them so the top looks good, the interior needs a lot of work to fit. Conversely, if you print upside down to get the interior nice then the outside finish looks like crap. |

I'll have to ask the person who has the file and I haven't seen her since before Christmas. The file we have was generated from an engineering scan of the OEM caps on my 1100. I ran with the printed pieces for a few years just to keep the originals safe. |

What material did you use? The Onyx filament leaves a fantastic surface finish and is strong to boot! |

That’s about as good as we got on the exterior. I think your interior is a bit better. |

Have you tried to fit it to the white adjuster plate? I needed to scrape the interior to get the cap to sit properly. |
