I'm getting ready to paint a CB900F and I an looking for precise decal placement. I'm interested in any tank to decal measurements that would make the process easier.

Well, I know that!
Measurement 1
From the ridge to the top of the graphic - 5 7/8 (use the front blue tape as a reference)
M2
From the ridge to the top of the graphic - 3 3/4 (use the rear blue tape as a reference)
On the left side, the "H" is just aft of the front corner of the tank
On the right side, the "A" is just aft of the front corner of the tank
The side cover ("L" shaped graphic) is placed about 1/4 inch from the curve in the cover
The "CB900F" graphic is about 7/8" from the bottom of the stripe
Don't have a measurement for the Bol d'Or graphic
The top of the tail piece stripes is just below the curve in the corner of the tail. |
