CBX style hatch on an F?

A friend and I were talking the other day and I mentioned seeing an F with the tailpiece hatch on it like the 80 CBX's had (at least here in the States). He thought it might be a Euro/Asain model thing. I have looked at all the places that I know of that has the parts fiche for the F's and I don't see where Honda put this on the F's. Anyone know if Honda did this? Or have seen an F with this? Or know of anyone who has done this with the X parts maybe? Maybe I had too much Mt. Dew that day and imagined seeing it..... Seems like I saw it on Katsumisan's FB page.

Mostly a JDM item though a few other markets also got F's with a lidded tailpanel (NZ etc.);

I have them on both my 1100's - most people source them from Japan;

I have a Japanese home market 750F here in NZ which came with the lidded tail compartment however there was no tray beneath the lid. I couldn't find a tray anywhere so eventually changed the tail piece to the unlidded type when I had the bodywork repainted.

If someone had access to a 3D printer, talent and time they could reproduce these.
