Rick,
thanks for asking about where we have been, I lurk around here a little, still have my Blue F-bike, it is actually spoken for and I am just waiting on the new owner to get his shit together, lol he knows who he is,
My cancer came right back, so I have never been able to do my last hurrah ride, still might get to, back in chemo treatments , blah, blah, blah.
There are so many good people on this forum, like you and others, I wish and maybe one day I will be able to do my last hurrah trip!!!!

Ted, good to hear from you buddy! I wish I could bring your bike home. Hope you feel better, and keep me posted on your "Last Hurrah". I'll be there, if possible. |

Hey Rick...I'm still here..as with everyone, trying to keep busy. Since being laid off in July, I've been looking for work and trying to get some additional training. Riding when I can. Took a couple of nice camping trips already with the Wing. Aquired a Honda Scooter (Aero 125) got it running and just sold it the other day ($375 profit) Mounted a new front tire on the Wing.
Just normal day to day stuff..sans going to work. If I hed more money, this is the way to go!!
Keep in touch..best to everyone on the site!!

Hey I'm back! \
I was the 23rd person on this "new" forum, joining 6-23-2003. Just got my BLUE 1100 back form Tulsa's Kinetic Playground this afternoon. Thanks to CBXDog sending me a servicable cam chain tensioner, we finally got the bike together 18 months after dropping a valve.
New rings and a reworked head and the bike sounds and runs great again. It's last time out was a three day back roads fest through the Ozarks in October of 2009. I am ready for some great riding this summer. My brother-in-law's 900RR just is a bit tiny for me. (sure is fast, though! )
I'm pumped!
Tyson
I still miss fasterspider, though I might be in the monority.! |

checked back in to see what's new. i still haven't done anything with my 750 so i'm debating getting a nighthawk 450 or 550 or getting the 750 back on the road. last year i took my niece down to Marietta Ohio, we rode 555, 550, 78, 7 and 124 so she could see how the new to her ST 1100 handles, i was on my ST 1300 but most of my riding has been on my IceBear Champion 125 lately, i've got close to 1000 miles on it |

And don't forget when he re-emerged as the short-lived DanMad. Looking back now, his ridiculous nonsense made for a lot of laughs. He's pretty much vanished from the motorcycle forums since he got himself banned from all of them, including the ones on FB. Let's invite him back - he'll bring some life back to this forum. |

As much as I don't really miss his BS, he did tend to up the engagement around here a bit. These days the hottest thread is Fasty and Luba arguing in an endless circle with their fingers jammed firmly in their own ears. I'd love it if the most contentious and active discussion was F related, but alas. |
