Steve, no I never raced in Australia, only in my dreams
Mostly Texas and Oklahoma, although we did do the WERA National Endurance series in 1995, and raced all over the United States |

Bob, no I didn't make it to the WERA GNF at Road Atlanta in 1982
But thank goodness we live in the world of opportunity and second chances
Thanks to F bikes, when my 900F was vintage legal, I went to the WERA GNF at Road Atlanta, ten years later and won the Vintage 5 race and the National Championship
My poor 900F survived being raced new in 82, vintage raced in 92 and 93 and is probably happier now, living a more relaxed life on the street |

you almost spoiled our undefeated season in that Halloween race. at the GNF Matt won the B/750
superbike race with a 46 second lead on 2nd.(82 natl. #1). he also finished 4th in A/open superbike
and 5th in F-1. we wondered why you weren't there. |

Posting for Bobcat:
"Ronnie might have some color pics of the bike nicknamed Old Glory. I had painted it red, white and blue, red frame. It was my first attempt at building a superbike motor. Those were some fun times, long ago."
Here you go, Bob, all set!

Wow ! Thanks Rick ! I tried to get this to post in "Tests"
but no dice. I thought this thread would be where it belonged.
Rider/owner was Matt Maschmann, aka Napoleon Dynamite (Ronnie)
or "Big Bird" to the rest of us. I just recently found this pic.
