Did you have to heat up the block on your grill to knock out the sleeves?

Hell no! im more sophisticated than that, I used the wife's oven! 350 degrees and they come right out

I was thinking about a video I watched recently about Allan Millyard building the cylinders for his Kawasaki Super 6.
