I think I have read several times that only 3000 CB 1100 F's were produced.
I live in Norway, a small country with only 5 million people. I'm sure that no less than a 3-figure number of such bikes must have been sold in Norway. The minimum 3-figure number is 100, and the USA has about 65 times the population.
If the number should scale, from Norway, USA ALONE should have more than twice the total number of CB 1100 F's on the planet (65*100)/3000 = 2.16.
And many other countries than these 2 contain these bikes.

This makes me question whether the 3000 figure can be correct.. I suspect not..

Anybody that KNOWS?

I'm not saying it's correct but I read somewhere that the worldwide production was in the region of 25,000.
