Interesting - it started for me when I asked my Dad about the scars on his face and he told me about losing control of his Indian Chief and riding thru a barbed wire fence. |

As a prelude to Travis Pastana replecating Evel Knievel's most famous jumps, Janet and I were watching a tribute to Evel, was very interesting that after he beat up his former agent with a baseball bat, when that happened they pulled the sales of his stunt cycle, which unfortunately lead to his downward spiral.........and money issues |

The beginning for me was an old 80's Yamaha 50cc scooter I bought well before I could drive, I've been hooked ever since. |

For me it was a home made copy of a Deltek Grass Grub (no suspension), with a Victa lawnmower motor I was 8. It had a disc brake, pushbike brake working on the rear sprocket!! Every time I oiled the chain I had no brake!!!

I spent the entire summer of my 13th year assembling Hondas for my cousin's dealership. Still never owned (or rode other than as passenger) a bike until I was 21 and in the Navy. A '69 Triumph TR6C chopped with hardtail, springer, the works. |

For me it was getting rides a few miles down the road and back sitting on the tank of my mom's purple CB350. |
