So has anybody tried the hand drag?? I spent last summer looking for the ideal corner the try it but never was able to pull it off. I was trying on the Harley with huge open primary, so that didn’t help haha. And before you ask, yes, i have put serious thought into growing up, but i figure next year is good for that haha

I've done it on a Gen 6 VFR and a KTM 950 Supermoto. There's a perfect corner (slight uphill lefthander) for it in Delaware Park in NJ.

And "next year" is always a better time to grow up. As I say every year LOL

I love that picture! This thread leads me to ask , why are pro road racers sticking the inside leg out going into a corner under hard braking? I have seen this for a number of years but have yet to hear an explanation.

G'day dc, here you go.

I like Marquez's elbow drag. Won't be long before they need castor wheels on the end of the handlebars?
Cheers

I notice the fellers in the two pictures above are starting with a slight advantage, their center of gravity is lower. ie: They are both riding Harleys/Cruisers which puts their hands closer to the ground to begin with. Not saying I could do it, but?

Hope this one's in England. We see a lot of it on the Dragon too, though. I know a guy that can do it on his Harley or his GoldWing.

Oh for sure man!! I’ve been trying on my Harley, which is WAY lower to the ground. I wouldn’t even think about trying it on the CB, way to high. I’m hoping for dry roads tomorrow. Supposed to be mild. Maybe I’ll post a pic of success haha
