I see several listings for downloadable service manuals in Technical Documents and Articles but none for a parts book. Are there any available on line for free or a modest price? thanks, Cliff.

Cliff,

If you aren't opposed to an online resource, Partzilla has the factory diagrams alongside the parts lists. Not sure if that gets you what you want, but it is a step in the right direction.

https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/1980/cb750f-a-750-super-sport

Crankcase for example: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/1980/cb750f-a-750-super-sport/crankcase

It has served my needs well, hth.

Any online OEM Honda parts dealer usually has current updated parts diagrams on their website. The problem with original complete parts diagrams is that so many of the parts numbers have been superseded, and they also give no clue as to availability and price.
