My bike put out 11.5V at idle. at about 4,000rpm 14v. when i sit at a red light and with the brake light on it will kill the motor sometime. I run a halogen and Dyna. |

The battery is intended to store energy at times when the generating system is producing ample power (at cruising speed) and supply the stored power to the bike during times of low charging (at idle).
If your bike dies at a traffic light because your brake light is energized, then the battery isn't doing it's job. Buy a new AGM. |

It works fine for me, I haven’t had any issues on mine and I’ve been running it for a year. |

If you're still running the OEM electronics and it's 11.5 at idle, at the coils its probably only 10 (assuming no relay) and it'll blow the spark out. |

On my bike with my cycle x I’m getting around 12.5 at idle and when I’m cruising 13.5-14.2. My koso digital speedo/tach has a built in voltmeter. I’ve been really happy with the cycle x, I’ve had no problems with it what so ever. |
