Hi there

I need to buy 2 exhaust and 2 inlet valves both 1mm over size for one cylinder head.

The other head has standard valves and I need all 8 exhaust.

Any leads will be apreciated.

Thanks

Cheers dude

I looked on their web site and they don't show valves. The dude doing the heads said he spoke to his supplier (which may have been the same place) and they want $100 each valve for the Kible White because they have to be made to order.

I checked out Dyno man web site and they have valves listed.

I can maybe contact them and see what they think about compatability with their valves and the existing ones. Kibble White in one head and standard Honda in the other.

If I do have to buy a whole set would you guys go over size for the 985cc as this is the head with standard Honda valves.

Thanks for any thoughts
Scott

I can't see over size exhaust valves on the Dynoman web site that I need for the 1100cc cylinder head.

But they do have a complete set of standard exhaust valves which should sort out the 985cc head.

The oversize is there. If you read, you will see that it says "ask for oversize"
They only have bigger intake valves
The exhaust valves are the same as stock.

I share your thought Laughing - forsure open up the throat's and locate the seat to get the most from the std valves, but where is the walk line for bigger valves ? - keeping in mind the bigger valve may limit things via additional cam timing restriction

Try www.aperaceparts.com if they don't have it I 'm sure they can tell you where to get it.

I'm waiting on the bloke who has the heads to tell me the valve sizes so I can order the right ones.

It seems like I'm getting there (slowly)

APE doesn't do CB or CBX valves anymore. I bought the last two sets at $800.00 per set (OUCH) 2yr's ago and then I found the Dynoman/Kibble White valves at $351.00 for the whole set. Much better and the valves are lighter and have a tapered stem.

Peace, Jim

Wow, I paid $400 for mine, but it was almost 10 years ago now. I hadn't even heard of Dynoman at that time.

I just found out that both cylinder heads have standard valves so atleast this will be a bit easier to track down what I need.

I have just sent an email to Dynoman seeing if they will sell single valves. If not I will have 6 spare inlet and 6 spare exhaust for next time I fuck up.

Divid Silver Spares appears to have them, not sure how the prices compare:

I suspect I will be looking for valves when I pull my 900F2B apart in a few months Wink

I finally got the valves and have now sent the cylinder head guy what he needs to do the job.

This leaves me with some spare valves if any body in Oz needs some. Because I bought them in full sets they cost me $30 each instead of the $100 each that I was originally told
