Totally sucks. Larry and I were in Ireland together at the CBX rally last summer. Great guy. |

Just seen this!!!! like many others I found Larry to be a up front guy and I respected him and his words.
He deserves to come back from this and I truly hope he will make a successful journey.

I just spoke to Chris on the phone and Larry's outlook isn't looking too good. Evidently the fall he took wasn't from more than a few feet, but he hit the rear base of his skull on concrete. It was the worst area for this to happen, since it's where control for many of the basic functions we take for granted is located. Right now he has no gag reflex and his pupils don't react to light. He's on a ventilator and can't breath on his own. If there's no change within the next couple of days, Chris will have to make a decision that none of us want to ever make.
I just copied and emailed all of your good thoughts to Chris. She's going to read them to Larry when she goes back into the hospital room. |

I had short discussions with him about some spare part and I learned to know he has good values in use. I don't talk to the Guy upstairs too often, but now I will.
Larry, fight this battle and come back as a winner! Lots of strength to you and your family. |

I just received the following message from Chris that she obviously wanted you all to see:
Thanks to all of you who have enriched Larry's life. We don't know what the outcome will be.
Right now he has no gag reflex, is not responding to pain & his pupils minimally react.
Will keep you posted. Prayers for his greatest good would be appreciated.
Blessings,
Chris Voors (wife) |

I just found this thread and am sickened by this bad news. Larry is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting and riding with from this family.
My positive thoughts and prayers go out to Larry and Chris in this difficult time.
Get better brother!!!!

Hoping for the best, and wishing you well Larry. You have touched the lives of many, I see at least 3 continents of well wishers pulling for you here. Hope to ride with you again in the future, till then, keep up the fight.
