I've been catching bits and pieces of this big event that's raising money for hurricane Sandy victims. The Stones just played and sounded great, but man, do they look ancient! Jagger looked pretty old, but then the camera panned over to Keith Richard and holy crap - he looked like a walking mummy! They zoomed in on his Fender Tellecaster and it looked almost as beat up and old as him. Ronny Wood looked like a dark haired ancient Rod Stewart. His slide guitar was sounding pretty sweet though. Couldn't really see much of Charlie Watts in the back, but I think he was probably in the best shape out of the bunch.

Seems like just yesterday that these guys were in their prime. And I haven't aged a day in all this time...

As a wacked out Who fan for over 20 years.....I stayed up and watched their set.....
Too bad Roger had that throat operation....you can hear it.....but at 68 he still has
that charisma.....
With half of them missing and their age....I thought they did well....
And the Moon sing along to "Bellboy" was entertaining Very Happy

I never got to see these guys in my heyday......all I have is You Tube.....
But this is my favorite You Tube video of all time.....
These guys just owned it.....Tanglewood-1970
Take nine minutes of your life and watch this....
