Well today has been interesting for a few parties involved here on the board I recently sent out a set of cams along with a handful of other goods to a member of the board. I sold him a set of 1100F cams. I thought. Being a bonehead, i didn't look at the casting mark on the cams when they came out of my 1100F head. Just tossed them in a box and had them on his door in record time. Before even receiving payment. Payment was, of course, received. That's not the point. Member contacted me, in regards to his 900F cams that he received. After quite a few e-mails and a phone call or two, we have it hashed out. He was very understanding and great to deal with. It was an honest mistake on my part and i like to think all parties are satisfied with the outcome aside from a few hassles and a bit of disappointment(his) upon receipt of goods. My thanks goes to him for his wasted time and lost excitement from a box of incorrect parts arriving at the door. I know how it can be. I just want to express, as has been done numerous times in the past, and will be in the future, what a great bunch of friends we have here. Its been a pleasure G. I hope u feel the same. Cheers.

Hey C,

What you say is true. I am disappointed that the cams are wrong yet you have been honorable about the situation. It is an honest mistake and you did do your best to make it better. That makes you solid in my book. You owned up right away and we resolved it in less than 12 hours. We both lost an evening and a bit of money, such is life.

Hey,

+1 to that. I am more comfortable buying from guys on the board than E-bay. I hate E-bay.

Thanks John,

C was easy to deal with and did back up his product. Hope your bike is doing well. I would have a hard time adding fluids or starting a bike that nice. Your putting the factory to shame easily.

Thanks for that Grant. I guess it is also a lot easier dealing with someone close by. For me most of my parts have come from Europe and the US.

Right now adding fluids to my bike is easy. Quite frankly I feel like drinking a couple sixpacks, and then taking a loooong, relieving and enjoyable piss all over it Very Happy. I am just getting anxious, but after 3 years what is another couple weeks.
