I agree with Solman on that issue as well.

I'm in the same boat thought, having nobody to ride with. Fixing the 750F would have been alot more fun, and probably alot quicker, with someone else in the local area, as well. Razz

Stick it out, you'll find someone with similar interests to ride with.

I live in South Florida, near Fort Lauderdale. If anyone around this area wants to hook up for a ride, let me know. If you are down in the Lauderdale / Miami area on business, drop me a line ahead of time and we can get together for a ride. I have two 1100F's that require regular exercise.

Britni, of you are cool with your sexual orientation, that is cool with me.

I wonder out of the other 1000 or so members of this board (which are all men, I think I heard), advertise there sexual orientation.
Just by the laws of numbers there has to be some other people here who are either in eithere bi-sexual or same-sex relationships.
I say, the more power to you, that you are comforable enough to say it.

I will probably never get to Denver, but if I ever do, I will be looking you up.

It is hard not to agree with that. Like I said I have no problem with it, just an attempt to show a different view. All too many times people get upset and get very passionate in their cause and in some cases a view can get one sided.

I knew this was going to be a fun place to hang out.
Nothing like sex talk to get everyone chatting. Good Job Britni!

While I am not bisexual I am interested in meeting some local CBxxxF'ers.
I have only seen a few on the roads in Denver. As for the extra ciricular acttivites......hell you just never know.

My bike needs a little brake work that I am never going to get time to do. My last mechanichas turned out ot be not so good. Any recommendations on a mechanic that knows thess bikes a little?

MikeD,

how long have you had your CBF? I use to see a blue 1100 parked near 6th. & Simms at a warehouse, would that be you?

There is a fellow named Jeff (?) at Steele Cycle in Denver and he was recommended by Bi. Britni. He's a red CBF owner.

We need to get our bikes together with Britini's and take some photos of the CB1100F.net Colorado Chapter. That puts it at 4 participating CB1100F owners in Colorado. 3 red & 1 blue. I bet there are more around here as well.

Anyway welcome to the group Very Happy

CBFDme,

My CB1100F is Blue, but that was probably not me. I have owned my bike since new, 1983. I don't ride it near enough.

I have only seen a few , mostly red, in the area. Of course they are always going the other way.

I spoke with Tim Flynn at Steele today, he owns a CB1100F also. Will be taking it down to him ASAP. I found Britinis' post searching here today.

As soon as I get it rolling we need to take some rides.
