I make mine 1" (25mm) diameter with a 1/8" rise on each end to prevent sideways slide off. 8mm fastener. 1" width.

Penrite 2t race and yes 120ml per full tank......works out to around 160:1

Is that a full or semi? There're too many options on 2 stroke oils: premix, with ester, for oil injected engine and so on ...

I run 98 with 120ml of smokeless two stroke oil.

What brand of 2stroke smokeless oil? I heard alot about AMSoil 100:1, there're also Opti-2, Redline, Lucas, Pennzoil?

Get a can of 2K clear. eBay has them as well as automotivetouchup.com.

You'll be happier with the results, and oil or gas won't affect it.
