My name is Richard Longevin, I am from the state of Maine, USA.
I have owned this bike since April 3, 1999 with 22,000 miles on her. It was manufactured 12/82 according to the date on the frame and is a model year 83'. It now has 33,400 miles. I wish I had a photo of it when I bought it you wouldn't even believe it was the same bike. The previous owners were less than kind to it. She was well on her way to the junkyard, the tank was smashed, the cowl was cracked, the side covers were missing. She had spun the bearings in the motor & the head was warped. There was broken and missing pieces everywhere. In ‘99 I fixed it just enough to ride it, that was it after the first ride I was hooked. I have been fixing it up ever since. She is almost done now, if they are ever really finished.
