That's a great help to sort out what part numbers came on which bikes. I'm looking for thread sizes for all the different petcocks to see which one may be easily available. I need to make an aluminum weld in bung for the petcock. I'm hoping to either make or find one that's already made but I need to know the specifics of the threads.

Nathan

When I got my replica 1100R alloy tank it had a 16mm bung with a Tap with a 6mm outlet on

It was also slighty out of position so i had a new M20 X 1mm pitch bung made and used a late CB900/1100F tap which you can get a repair kit for from a forum member

I made a couple of flats on the bung to reduce the size before welding
