not directly related to CB,s however i'm sure some folks use a scottoiler ( and bloomin right to!)
yesterday I changed my one due to it gravity leaking - before I took it off I had a wee sook on the feed pipe and couldn't hold any vacuum - i.e. the vacuum feed from the cylinder was permanently open
now - on this bike i'd sometimes get a minor sound of pinking under load - tried loading up the engine today ( after removing the faulty scottoiler ) and not a tinkle - maybe - maybe not related but having an open vacuum take off is not good - just a point of note for folks to keep an eye out if using this kit - if it drips when engine is not running - don't ignore it
