Last weekend I visited my friends Carsten 'Dicki' Dickertmann and Ralf Kussmann at the Motorsport Classic in St.Wendel.
This event is not a designated racing event, but rather the opportunity for beautiful old racing machines to be run again and be allowed to "smell" and "roar".
Besides their well known calssic racers #596 and #597, Dicki brought the RS1000 replica of Team D'or from 2007, which he rebuilt for a friend for a first rollout. This RS1000 replica had disappeared from the scene for a few years and reappeared in parts.
Another friend brought his Egli Honda with him.
