Does anyone know anything about large capacity oil pumps? I found this pump in my stash of parts and the oil cooler stage is quite a bit larger than the standard pump. I thought it might be from an 1100R but according the parts fische it uses the same pump and the F bikes.
The larger pump is one the right.

Maybe a CBX? Don't know what those pumps look like but was thinking with the extra cylinders they might change the oiling as well. |

Nope, the CBX uses a chain driven pump. |

It's a wet sump pump. I'll post a picture of it assembled tomorrow. |

I have come across a couple of them, quite rare and not sure which F they were from, but not a CB1100R as they use the 15100 438 003 part
As far as i can work out there are only 2 pumps, the 15100 438 000 was used on the first CB900F models up to engine number 2105104, the pump with part number 15100 438 003 was the second revision and used on all CB900F models from engine number 2105105, the CB1100F and the CB1100R models
