It might be ok and it might not? You could use some JB weld and hand file it down. Won't be a fast job but it will work if you take your time.

I have had a crank hard welded up and regrouped. Itís about $400.00 per journal to have this done. Better to find another crank IMO. I had mine de-stroked otherwise I would have never done it.

I charge close to that for the full over bore and hone. The days of $300.00 bore jobs is over unless you know a guy IMO.

As Lindy said you will still need at least a final hone.
