Honda CB1100F
This is a 1980 CB750F that has been upgraded with an '83 1100 engine, CalFab
alloy swing arm, Progressive Suspension springs & shocks, Supertrapp stainless 4
into 1 exhaust, 1000 Hurricane wheels (2.5"X 17" in front and 3.5"X 17" rear),
600 Hurricane brake rotors front and rear with 1100F calipers. The rear caliper
is an 1100 front left mounted upside down on a CX500 turbo bracket with a Suzuki
alloy brake anchor arm. Rear brake lever is from a CBX (Forged alloy). The bike
weighs about 515 Lbs with a full tank of gas. Front fender is from a VT250R
Interceptor. Alloy foot pegs from a CX500 in the rear and a 600 Hurricane in
front. Aluminum handlebars and stainless brake lines. Telefix fork brace. Turn
signals from a Yamaha XT500 dirt bike. The engine has K&N filters, Jet kit,
Clutch springs, Taylor wires and KV coils. Stainless oil cooler lines and filter
from a gold wing on a '78 SOHC 750 spacer. The gas cap is from a 600
Hurricane and is flush on top of the tank. Switch gear is from a 750
Interceptor. Last, but not least, lots of polishing and powder coating. It runs
like it looks-Fast and fun. About 55000 miles on it. I bought it new in 1980 for
about $2300! My name is Roger and I live in Southern Oregon. Great roads in the
summer.
